Small hotfix update: Fixed Merit not being able to transport NPCs Fixed an error that would spam clients if a user was on the login screen. This caused everyone to get lag spikes

General Improvements Made backup recolor player's minimap blip from blue to red Changed walking styles from CJ's to default GTA:SA ped ones Added /cj command which players can use to switch back to CJ's walkstyle if they're not fond of the new ones Added barriers to the bridge connecting Blueberry Acres and Bone County in hopes to prevent NPCs from driving off it (not tested) New Features Added ability to create parked vehicles + placed quite some around the map to make it feel less empty (still quite some places to go in terms of adding the vehicles) Added a new unmarked Merit that was made by Nick[/member] for Captain+ in PD and Sheriff in SD Added a new female Deputy Sheriff skin that was made for us by Investor[/member]

Alright, I was suggested by two people already about setting ped walking styles therefore I figured I'd see what the community thinks of it. Shall we use non CJ walking style for all peds? Naturally this would also mean that all of the peds would be set to walking styles as well when evading on foot to avoid any issues with them being too fast for players, etc. In addition, we can also make a command /cj which would set your walking style back to CJ's in case you're not into these slow walking styles. Pros: - Ability to run with weapons - Walking styles would match skin mods more (especially female skins) Con: - Running would be somewhat slower Answer the poll and post your thoughts about this below by replying.

Updated thread with a great find (imo) on a neat colorable Chevrolet Tahoe. I found this thanks to loteriapl's yt video on Cycool's modpack, credits have been pulled out of Nick's common vehicles thread with Cycool added to it, they may be wrong therefore if that's the case please say and I'll fix it up. EDIT: I was lucky enough to find a Charger as well, updated the main thread once again.

Bug Fixes Fixed mouse cursor not appearing after using /spawn General Improvements Completely changed the backup request system, it no longer creates a blip at player's name instead it colorises player's name on F11 and works in a "toggle-able" kind of way (once you no longer request backup you need to disable the request) Reduced the timer that blocks backup usage from 30 seconds to 5 seconds due to the new system Added Dillimore as a possible street brawl location Increased the amount of NPC car density spawning by a little bit (if problems arise this will be reverted although I personally don't think any should) Added a notification sound which happens for helpers when someone uses the /ask feature Helpers will be notified when another helper accepts or closes a question from now on From now on server gamemode name will be set as SAPD:FR Online and map name as the version number which will improve the looks of the game-state monitor New Features Added new neutral peds which will only give 5 exp when killed. These neutral peds are spawned by some callouts and it's purpose is to prevent the kill to farm exp abuse. In addition, if a ped does any extra action such as pull out their weapon or so the neutral stat will be removed and they will give full exp when killed. After putting some thought to this I figured we might reward the player with at least 5 exp in case they've killed the ped for something that the script itself can not recognize Added an anti spam timer to central usage which blocks players from using the central until the central either replies to them or, if central is not to reply, until 2 seconds pass Added a command for Community Manager and higher ranks that allows us to change player's privilege level from in game

Oh comon they replace Trevor with Dave??? WHYYY??? :( xD They would've all been replaced if GTA:V had more proper police related art work tho.

Added in 1.0.13, in addition from now on dispatch will display which unit is requesting assistance as well as unit's number will be colored to red in the F11 map so that others can easily see where the unit that needs assistance is at.

Highway Patrol has been unofficially created by JuanTwoThree, so far script wise we only created a map for it. Later on proper spawning technique will come as well. Moved to accepted. -
1: Added few updates ago 2: NPCs can't blow officer vehicles anymore after 1.0.4, in addition blowing up officer vehicles by another officers has been also disabled in 1.0.10. 3: It will be done later on, atm we're focused on a little bit different callouts. 4: Already on, except for the boats I guess, may come later on. 5: That's because there's an unfinished MDC script therefore running a vehicle is actually trying to read from the MDC script which always returns to nothing. This will be resolved once the MDC system is in. Topic locked & moved to accepted suggestions, thank you for your sugestion.

The changelog is small as the MTA:SA team decided to do whatever their asslick circle asks therefore we aren't really motivated to work with a community such as MTA:SA.
